FAQs: Title
Professionals Value
How does it work?
1. Title
Company invites new (Users) Realtors and/or Loan Officers to Text2Title via
text messaging (SMS), or webpage. 2. Information is requested and received via
text messages. 3. When information is requested Sales Reps are alerted to follow
up sales opportunities.
What
are my contract terms? One and two year contracts are available. Both
versions have a 6 month pilot available for higher terms. Longer terms or
multiple contracts allow negotiations for discounts.
When can I start using
it?90 days from date on contract if you want your own number. Rollout
is March 1st or sooner, once Verisign is complete.
What’s involved with set
up?There is a setup kit with upload templates that will be provided
to the TitleCo. A CSV file will be created by the templates which will upload to
a website. Information on contacts and administrators will also be gathered in
the setup kit.
Where does the
value data come from?Zillow or CyberHomes. If custom sources are
preferred, an integration to those data providers will be created for a
reasonable cost.
What happens
to my deposit? After 10 days it is applied toward your set up fee.
Prior to that it is 100% refundable for any reason.
How do I pay for the
service? We accept checks payable to Evofi Systems and all major
credit cards.
Is there
additional training available?
Yes we provide a rep and all materials
for additional charges. Please contact your
Text2Title
Agent to discuss further.
Can the service be used in
different areas? The system is fully supported in all of the US and
Canada by dozens of mobile carriers. Whether the service can be used in
different areas will depend on the title company using the system; if the
company has divisions handling the requested states then, yes.
What cell carriers support the
service?Currently, you must have a mobile number with service
provided by one of these major carriers: Alltel, Cingular, Cincinnati Bell,
Cricket*, Dobson, Nextel/Boost, Rural Cellular, SunCom, Sprint, T-Mobile, US
Cellular, Verizon, Virgin Mobile. These other regional carriers are also
supported: Centennial, Pine Belt Cellular, Carolina West, Enid/Pioneer, Cellular
One of Amarillo, Farmers Cellular, Cellular One of San Luis Obispo, XIT,
TMP/Simmetry, Peoples Wireless, Cellcom, Bluegrass Cellular, Appalachian
Wireless, Iowa Wireless. *For a monthly fee.
Does the service support multiple
users at the same time?Yes. The system has the current capacity to
support thousands of users requesting at the same time, which means that
hundreds of thousands of users can be supported, with additional capacity to be
added as needed.
Are there
usage limits?Any system has limits. Currently over 200 requests can
be handled per second, allowing for hundreds of thousands of users--maybe
millions--to be signed up for the service. Additional capacity will be added as
needed.
Are other states
available?Everyone uses “title” or “escrow” in all areas. Messaging
will send you a question as to which Title Co you wish to retrieve information
from if user is signed up with multiple title companies.
Where do I get support?The
preferred method is to have the titleco establish a support structure for its
clients. But if that structure doesn’t have the answers the titleco should call
Evofi; which will count towards the 20 calls per month that will be free.
What is your
redundancy? We have redundant servers with redundant components in
each server, as well as redundant internet connections inside a redundant
co-location facility. Uptime guarantee varies by carrier, with a response
returned in 10 seconds 90% of the time, and within 20 seconds 99% of the time.
